Roles We're Hiring For
Scaffolder / Scaffolding Erector
Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures on domestic and commercial sites across Dorset and Hampshire. Working to NASC and TG20 guidelines.
Leading Hand Scaffolder
Supervising small teams on site, ensuring safe erection and compliance. Suitable for experienced scaffolders ready to take the next step.
Trainee Scaffolder
We're open to taking on motivated trainees who are keen to learn the trade. Full on-the-job training provided alongside experienced operatives.
What We're Looking For
- CISRS card (Part 1, Part 2, or Advanced) preferred
- Experience erecting tube and fitting or system scaffolding
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong commitment to health and safety on site
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Ability to work at height and in varying weather conditions
