After many phone calls to scaffolding companies which either didn't answer, reply to a voice mail or as I encountered more often whilst in conversation with various companies 'I really couldn't care less attitude' then I happened upon RSS -Russell Scaffolding Ltd. From start to finish their service has been first class. I explained that my job wasn't particularly big but very important to me. They answered all questions in detail and returned all calls if they were busy when they said they would. Tracey in the office is very helpful, Martin the site planning officer is excellent and more importantly the work force are polite and respectful at all times. We were very impressed with Ashley who on driving onto our site, jumped down from the lorry walked straight up to my husband greeted him by name and introduced himself. That is how companies and the employees should interact with their customers. I would recommend RSS Ltd to anyone. No job to big or small for them.
